Your first year is Free. After the first year a listing will be $129. per year.
3. Do you offer any discounts for listing multiple property's?
Yes, if you are listing multiple property's there is no additional charge for up to 3 additional property's.
4. How do I go about renting one of your listings?
That's simple, just contact the owner via email or phone call and make your reservation directly. Each owner has their own requirements regarding deposits, pets, smoking, and payments. Please review the owners requirements before attempting to make a reservation.
5. We are already advertising on other vacation rental websites like VRBO.com. Why do we need to advertise here?
The other vacation rental websites are great sites and we encourage you to continue your advertising there but none of them are focused on one exclusive location. Our website is exclusive to the Maui Lodging and you are not one of thousands of listings from all over the world. When a potential renter looks on our site they see information and property's located on Maui. For less that the amount of one rental night and the potential rental income generated from a site like ours it makes sense to advertise on our online vacation rental website.
6. How do I put a listing on your website?
Go Here for detailed instructions on how to add your listing and photo's. Remember, you can add any information you like and up to 10 photo's of your property.
7. How are you marketing the website so we will get traffic?
We market several different ways. First we use pay-per-click advertising, newspaper ads, radio ads, and email marketing. We also have links on several vacation rental sites. Our website averages over 200 unique visitors each day as of June, 2006 and is growing. Most people now make their lodging reservation by searching online and if they search for lodging on Maui we are there for them to find.
